Thursday, January 28th – Fondue & Raclette Evening

Bring your friends and enjoy cooking in the traditional Swiss fashion on a raclette machine. This hands-on experience lecheese and ingredient you want to cook to create your own foodie experience. We will also show you how to cook a traditional fondue that you will enjoy table side. Space is limited to 12 people.

Thursday, February 11th – Valentines

Oyster, Cheese & Wine Oysters, cheese and wine – what better way to celebrate Valentines Day. You will experience both raw and cooked oysters as well as cheeses that are great companions to this ocean delicacy with a wine that will bring it all together. Limit 18 people.

Always wanted to visit the Mediterranean, then join us as we take you on a culinary voyage to Spain and Portugal. Try local cheeses paired with wines from the region while you nibble on tapas made in-house.
